Yes - parking is subject to availability and is recommended to be pre-booked with the guest services team. When a direct reservation is made with the hotel (via this website, in person or by telephone the parking charge is from $15 per vehicle per night. For reservations made through all other portals, websites or travel agents, the standard parking charge is from $30 per vehicle per night. The parking height limit is 2.1m and parking is subject to availability; we recommend you pre-book. Your registration is required to be issued a car park access fob. Vehicles not registered with the hotel team are subject to towing, with towing and impound costs incurred by the driver/owner of the vehicle.
The hotel prides itself on continually improving its environmentally friendly practices and reducing its carbon footprint. Policies include changing linen weekly and servicing apartments every third day rather than daily for long stay guests, and offering the choice to opt out of daily housekeeping for shorter stay guests, which assists with reduction of water and power consumption and non-essential waste. All apartments are fitted with energy-efficient lighting and water-efficient flow regulators. Rainwater is collected and stored on site for use in garden areas. All common areas use energy-efficient LED lighting operated via sensors. Recycling bins for glass, bottles, cans, paper and cardboard are available on each floor. Recyclable bottles and cans are collected weekly by charity partner Branches Lifestyle Support, which provides work experience for their residents and funding for supported independent living assistance for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.

One Bedroom Executives all have a balcony. This room type is positioned on the Chester street side of the hotel in the direction of Brisbane CBD. Some One Bedroom Apartments also have a balcony, however please note they do not offer a view and are positioned at the rear of the hotel which faces a residential building. We remind all guests that the property is 100% smoke free, this includes balcony and rooftop areas.
